The case front has a number of holes, slots, and windows that must be cut out. The following two drawings show the placement of each in both imperial and metric units.
The front side has a large window for the LCD module. There are also four holes on the right for the four switches and a hole on the upper left for the LED. You can cut these out by hand but a mill with the DRO-550 installed on it makes it MUCH easier.
The bottom has a slot for the ribbon cables to pass through to the DRO-550. There are also two holes for the screws that mount the LCD-200 to the DRO-550. The easiest way to cut the slot is probably to use a dremel cut-off wheel or a similar tool. You can use a hand drill for the holes. Don't worry if the slot and holes aren't exactly accurate because they are hidden once the LCD-200 is mounted on the DRO-550.
The left side has a single slot for the SD card to pass through. Again, a dremel tool will be the easiest tool to use to cut the slot.
The right side has a single drill hole for the LCD contrast potentiometer. A hand drill will do the job here.
