DRO-350 software is copyrighted. Permission is given to use the software for your own personal use so long as the software is used only on a DRO-350 printed circuit board originally sourced from the author. The software may not be resold, used in any commercial or reverse-engineered products, or used in any way not explicitly authorized by the author.

DRO-350 SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
